How to Use
This system uses the Fear & Greed Index (0–100) to show when the market is usually best to buy, hold, or sell. The index moves in cycles that often take weeks or months.
🟢 Green (0–15): Buy the Dip — Extreme Fear
Prices are usually cheaper, but volatility is high. Buying small amounts daily or weekly helps you stay steady.
🟡 Yellow (15–85): Hold — Neutral Zone
No strong buy or sell signal. Stay patient and avoid emotional decisions.
🔴 Red (85–100): Sell the Pump — Extreme Greed
Prices are usually high and can swing fast. Selling small amounts helps avoid selling too early.
